Exploring Personality Programs

At Inter-Action Experiential Learning, our aim is to facilitate growth in individuals and groups by building healthy and dynamic human relationships using a combination of challenge, adventure, fun and reflection.

Combined with the Corporate Outdoor Training program, a Specific Purpose Program, Leadership Training Workshop or Life Coaching workshop, Exploring Personality Programs are ideal for corporate retreats and team training adventures or "bootcamps", where activities are designed to stimulate and energise participants mentally, physically and spiritually, in a well paced combination of activities.

Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Temperament Theory and the insights and research of Carl Jung, we ask and discover;

  • What energises you?
  • What's your preference for the way you collect information?
  • How do you make your decisions?
  • What makes you and the people around you react, function and behave the way they do?

The aim of our Exploring Personality programs is to begin to answer these questions and to:

  • encourage tolerance and understanding of self and others, not by telling people who they are but by indicating who they might be
  • encourage more acceptance and less judgement of self and others as the key to growth
  • empower individuals to become extraordinary performers where they shine, and to understand themselves and others from the "inside out"
  • explore our personal values, norms and beliefs not as something to impose on others, rather as a platform for exploring the extraordinary giftedness that makes us unique and hopefully a creative force in our "community"
